Adrian is a civil engineer, claims advisor, and quantum expert witness with 29 years of experience gained working for several blue-chip companies in the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

For the last 19 years, Adrian has prepared, defended, and assessed delay and quantum claims and advised clients on a range of projects including infrastructure, energy, industrial, high-rise, rail, transportation and security systems, schools, museums, airports, theme parks, and oil and gas, amongst others.

He also acts as a quantum expert witness and has been appointed on adjudication and arbitration matters on energy, infrastructure and residential projects. He has also represented parties in litigation and has held key roles in the production of expert reports on disruption and quantum disputes in arbitrations.

Earlier in his career, Adrian was responsible for leading design, procurement, commercial, and construction teams and sub-contractors on numerous multi-million-dollar projects, some as part of a joint venture or consortium.

The size, nature and complexity of many of the projects on which Adrian has worked, as well as managing disputes arising from multiple causes, has led him to gain a broad range of well-developed strategic, commercial, planning, contracts, claims, negotiation, and project controls and management skills and knowledge, and the ability to provide valuable advice to clients.
