He is a registered provisional quantity surveyor under the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia and a graduate member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia.

Booven possesses valuable technical expertise and commercial awareness through active involvement in the entire spectrum of development and construction processes ranging from land acquisition, bidding, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and negotiations up to project completion. He is well-exposed to commercial aspects of pre-contract and post-contract administration in major infrastructure projects across Malaysia.
