Chlenessa has 15 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from tendering, estimating, and cost control to commercial management across several projects including high-rise buildings, casinos, major rail, and defence projects.

Chlenessa’s clients include the private and public sectors delivering traditional, self-delivery, and managing contractor models. She has experience from subcontract level up to commercial reporting to senior leadership.

She has comprehensive working knowledge in managing and delivering maximum and consistent project value whilst monitoring risks and satisfying project objectives.
