Mr. Cocco can adapt to change and apply critical thinking and analysis to complex matters, summarizing findings to allow for fact-based decision making. His areas of expertise include crisis and emergency management, investigation, evidence collection, investigative reports, premises liability assessment, use of force (expert witness), “Active Shooter” training, domain assessment, intelligence collection, and analysis. Mr. Cocco is fluent in Spanish and Italian and has a working proficiency in Arabic.

Mr. Mathai is experienced in crisis management, critical investigations, evidence gathering, interviewing, and information gathering. He also has experience overseeing the safe operation of two water parks and several pools, where he ensured the daily inspection of pools and verified chemical inspections, safety equipment, ADA chairlift accessibility, slide safety, pool safety, and enforcement of pool area rules.
Mr. Mathai is a certified Active Attack instructor. He has been deposed multiple times and has represented his employers in cases related to criminal, civil, general liability, worker’s compensation, and premises liability matters.
