Transportation Practice Leader

Tracie Jones is a mechanical engineer and an ACTAR-accredited vehicle accident reconstructionist with more than 24 years of experience in the reconstruction of accidents involving passenger and commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and pedestrians. Ms. Jones provides vehicle crash analysis for the purpose of determining a collision’s cause and critical contributing factors. She investigates vehicle mechanical failures to determine if these resulted in a collision or other damages. Ms. Jones also investigates mechanical failures resulting in water losses and fires. Isaac (Nathan) Austin, P.E.
Principal Consultant

Nathan Austin is a licensed professional engineer in eight states. He has approximately ten years of experience providing forensic structural failure analyses of building/non-building structure collapses and moisture intrusions/leaks. He also performs damage assessments and foundation evaluations for residential, institutional, and commercial building structures. His experience includes preparation and review of design documents, performance of construction inspections, materials testing, and construction project administration. Kevin M. Duffy, P.E.
Director, Building Envelope Services

Kevin Duffy is a professional engineer licensed in six states. His background includes small-scale contracting experience and providing analysis and solutions for complex problems throughout the construction process. He has conducted leak investigations and façade ordinance inspections, created comprehensive budget estimates for maintenance repairs, developed design documents, and worked with teams of engineers, architects, owners, and contractors to facilitate the repairs of complex building envelope components. Principal Consultant

Kevin Haney is an ACTAR-certified traffic accident reconstructionist who holds numerous certifications in accident reconstruction, air bag control module downloads and analysis, and commercial vehicle braking systems. He has more than 14 years of professional experience in failure analysis and accident reconstruction with an emphasis on commercial vehicle accident reconstruction. He has performed accident reconstructions on thousands of collisions involving commercial tractors and trailers, passenger cars, pedestrians, motorcycles and bicycles, trains, and large crashes involving multiple vehicles.
