James “Wes” Jordan is a licensed professional engineer in 12 states and a licensed structural engineer in Illinois. His more than 35 years of experience with structural design and forensic engineering include work in the commercial, residential, industrial, power/energy, municipal, agricultural, and manufacturing sectors. He has performed hundreds of evaluations of structures affected by construction defects, moisture intrusion, foundation movement, explosions, vibrations, catastrophic storms, earthquakes, vehicle impacts, and fires. Experienced Forensic Analysis Professionals

Rimkus offers significant expertise in all aspects of reconstruction analysis to accurately assess crucial evidence and reconstruct complex accidents. We document site conditions, examine vehicle damage characteristics, inspect mechanical/electrical systems, and preserve hard evidence. Dirk Smith is a Vehicle Accident Reconstructionist and a licensed professional engineer in 19 states. He is also a Board Certified Forensic Engineer as a member of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers, Certified Forklift and Aerial Lift Operator, and member of multiple professional engineering societies. In addition to managing the Rimkus Transportation Practice worldwide, Dr. Smith performs forensic analysis of vehicle accidents, mechanical designs, and component failures.
