BACKGROUND:
Alejandra holds a Construction Management degree from the University of Houston. She has extensive experience working as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
She has worked on numerous projects within both the public and private sectors. Alejandra has exceptional skills in managing scope, schedule, overseeing subcontractor work, working with a variety of stakeholders, managing teams of construction professionals, and budget requirements from inception to the post-construction stages.
Her acquired skills include site design, utility design, building permitting, zoning, compliance with laws and regulations, construction administration, contract management, and compliance with occupational safety and health administration.
Alejandra has used her extensive construction knowledge and experience to create technical reports that present opinions on the findings of large-scale insurance claims.
Alejandra is well versed in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and all Microsoft Office applications. Alejandra also speaks Spanish fluently.
