Dr. Kuba Glazek is a Senior Consultant in the Rimkus Human Factors Practice. He assists clients with claims involving transportation, premises liability, retail, and sports/recreation. He has an extensive background in the investigation of motor vehicle accidents, including reaction and response times, visibility and conspicuity, attention, and driver behavior. Dr. Jay Todd is a Senior Consultant in the Rimkus Human Factors Practice. He investigates the effects of limitations in task performance and perception on human awareness and experience of events in our environment. His forensic investigations includes analyses of visual and auditory perception, decision-making processes, eye gaze behavior, the contribution of experience and expectancy to awareness and task performance, eye-witness memory, and the relationship of age and performance, fatigue, effects of alcohol and drugs on performance, instructions and safety information, stress response, and warning application and compliance. Dr. Farheen Khan is the Vice President of Rimkus’ Human Factors Practice. She has extensive experience in evaluating and testifying on incidents related to product liability, railroad and roadway incidents, as well as construction and occupational incidents. She has investigated numerous accidents involving product design, product use/misuse, warning effectiveness and compliance, and auditory perception and reconstruction across a wide range of industries. She has evaluated visibility, gaze behavior, risk-taking behavior, decision making, attention, perception-reaction, hazard awareness, and training in such incident scenarios. Jason D. Jupe, P.E., ACTAR
Regional Practice Leader, Transportation Practice

Jason Jupe, P.E., is a Regional Practice Leader in the Rimkus Transportation Practice. He is an ACTAR-accredited vehicle accident reconstructionist. He has performed numerous accident reconstruction analyses involving commercial tractor/trailers, passenger vehicles, pedestrian accidents, bicycle and motorcycle collisions, and rollovers. He has worked on investigations involving issues related to human factors, transportation safety, ergonomics, premises liability, lighting, and mechanical engineering. He has extensive experience in vehicular accident reconstruction, vehicle design and performance, vision and perception, cognitive engineering, and failure analysis.
