Jody Gaskin is a registered professional engineer in multiple states. He has civil and structural engineering design experience involving residential, light commercial, municipal, and industrial structures. His experience also includes the design of stormwater management systems for residential and light commercial site developments, as well as design, analysis, consultation, and construction administration services for potable water distribution and storage facilities, sanitary sewer collection and distribution systems, and wastewater treatment facilities.

As a Rimkus Senior Consultant, Jody performs evaluations to identify design, construction, and civil/structural deficiencies. He also analyzes structural failures to identify the cause, origin, and extent of damage resulting from weather events, impact loading conditions, and stormwater flooding.

Christopher Todd is a registered professional engineer in South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida. He has an extensive background in engineering design and forensics, including analysis and design of hydraulic and hydrologic stormwater systems, utility systems, infrastructure, and roadways, as well as construction defect analysis, building envelope consulting, and premises liability. He has designed and managed multiple residential and commercial engineering projects throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

Since joining Rimkus in 2022, Mr. Todd has performed or assisted in more than 200 engineering investigations related to stormwater, grading, erosion control, and utility evaluations of alleged design and construction defects. His property evaluations have also included roofing assessments, building material evaluations, building envelope evaluations, crawlspace and foundation evaluations, and structural damage evaluations.
