Mr. Justin Ussery is a retired Law Enforcement Investigator and Texas Licensed Private Investigator with extensive expertise in digital forensics and electronic evidence recovery. With over 800 hours of specialized digital forensics training and nearly two decades of law enforcement experience, he has established himself as a leading authority in mobile device investigations and computer forensics. Mr. Ussery has received certifications from The National Computer Forensics Institute, Cellebrite, and Magnet Forensics.  Mr. Ussery previously held the positions of Sheriff’s Detective and District Attorney Investigator in the County of Merced, California.

Mr. Ussery has provided expert testimony in numerous high-profile criminal and civil cases across the United States, specializing in cellular phone forensics, computer evidence recovery, and digital evidence analysis in trucking civil litigation matters.
