Edward T. Blanton, Jr., NAFI-CFEI

Background

Mr. Edward Blanton, Jr., holds a B.S. in Fire Arson and Explosion Investigation from Eastern Kentucky University (EKU). He is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) through the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI). While pursuing his degree, he gained valuable experience through multiple internship positions, including positions with the National Park Service and the Madison County and Clark County courthouses in Kentucky. During his time at EKU, he also investigated numerous fires and explosions, further developing expertise in the field.

Mr. Blanton has been a firefighter for approximately 4 years across two different states.
