
Background
Mr. Chad Staffileno is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, followed by a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. Mr. Staffileno is a licensed professional engineer in Oklahoma. He has over 5 years of experience in forensic investigations of commercial and residential properties, rehabilitation of existing structures, engineering management of transmission line design and construction, and transportation engineering.
Mr. Staffileno has completed several residential and commercial investigations to determine the cause of defects and/or failure modes of general building components such as foundations, concrete floors, walls, exterior facades, concrete slabs, and concrete beams. He has also provided recommendations and cost estimates for repairs/replacement of these systems. He has performed strength analysis on existing structural components, such as steel trusses and concrete slabs, to determine if these structures can be repurposed and/or can adequately support additional loads.
Mr. Staffileno has performed structural design, roadway design, and rehabilitation analysis on a wide range of projects in various industries, including local and state governments, sports and entertainment, residential, and commercial. Mr. Staffileno has experience in managing communication with engineers, contractors, and owners.
