Ms. Kelly Hoover is a skilled Environmental Professional (EP) with over 22 years of experience in the due diligence services industry. Over the past 22 years, she has completed or reviewed hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) on a variety of property types in North America, Europe, and Asia. Ms. Hoover performs management responsibilities, including project coordination oversight, client interaction, regulatory compliance, technical guidance, and training. Ms. Hoover is responsible for quality control and quality assurance of Phase I ESAs and Property Condition Assessments (per ASTM, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines), which include regulatory file reviews, asbestos screening, lead-based paint screening, mold screening, and radon screening.
