Background
Mr. Taylor Vincent is a Senior Consultant at Rimkus with over 10 years of structural analysis experience, specializing in structural and building envelope investigations. He investigates commercial and residential structures affected by impacts, fires, collapses, explosions, leaks, and severe weather events (storms, tornadoes, hurricanes), determining damage causation and timeframe while accounting for pre-existing conditions and deficiencies. He provides damage extent assessments and reparability recommendations for structures with significant structural damage, including impacted, partially collapsed, or fire-damaged buildings. Prior to consulting, he worked as a structural designer and project manager on commercial, multi-family, and single-family projects, with extensive experience designing wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures for seismic, wind, and snow loads.
