Background

Simon is an experienced and accomplished quantum expert witness.  He has received multiple appointments on matters in arbitration, litigation (Supreme Court), adjudication, expert determination, and mediation.  He has worked in a number of different jurisdictions and has extensive dispute resolution-related experience on a wide variety of building, infrastructure, and engineering projects.

Simon is also highly proficient in claims preparation and management, arbitration management, adjudications, dispute resolution/avoidance, and contract/commercial management.

Simon frequently sits on dispute boards/panels and has delivered a number of seminars on contract and commercial management and dispute resolution best practices.
