Kevin Haney is an ACTAR-accredited accident reconstructionist who holds multiple certifications in accident reconstruction, airbag control module downloads and analysis, and commercial vehicle braking systems. He has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of design, engineering, failure analysis, and accident reconstruction, with an emphasis on commercial vehicle accident reconstruction, as well as an educational background in biomedical engineering. Mr. Haney has performed accident reconstructions on thousands of collisions involving commercial tractors and trailers, passenger vehicles, pedestrians, motorcycles, bicycles, and trains, as well as large multi-vehicle collisions. |
Jack Hatton is an ACTAR-accredited accident reconstructionist with 20 years of law enforcement experience with the West Sacramento Police Department, 12 of which were as a Motor Officer and Accident Investigator with the Traffic Division. He has investigated or reviewed thousands of non-injury, injury, and fatal collisions involving passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, pedestrians, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, and bicycles. His training and experience include, but are not limited to, collision site and vehicle inspections, Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) imaging and analysis, airbag module imaging, and motorcycle dynamics. |
Brian Reeves is an accredited accident reconstructionist with the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction and holds multiple certifications in accident reconstruction. His background involves nearly 30 years of experience in the law enforcement profession, where his duties consisted of patrol, enforcement of DWI, accident investigation and reconstruction, and investigation of major crimes. As a member of the Springfield Missouri Police Department reconstruction team, he conducted investigations and reconstructions on hundreds of accidents that included automobiles, motorcycles, pedestrians, and commercial motor vehicles. Mr. Reeves is certified in imaging, preserving, and analyzing a vehicle’s event data recorder (EDR). He is also a certified FAA Drone Remote Pilot. |
John Zeirke holds a degree in mechanical engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. He has more than 20 years of experience in various design and forensic investigative roles involving vehicle/mechanical systems. His experience related to the design and development of products and system design includes on- and off-road vehicle driveline systems, steering, brakes, seats, restraints, and cooling. He is an ACTAR-accredited vehicle accident reconstructionist and fire investigator with experience in product liability matters. |
