Background
Rimkus was commissioned by a client to act as commercial and cost manager, project manager, and supervisor for the conversion of an existing Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facility to a Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) facility in the southwest of England.
Services Provided
Rimkus provided full project and commercial management services to the client, covering all phases from initial project development and risk management to preliminary design and budget construction costs, detailed design, and pre- and post-contract award and management of the construction works. The Rimkus team was involved in the project from inception through to commissioning and handover.
