Background
Mr. Reza Farzad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering and Master of Science degree in Construction Management. He has over 8 years of industry experience in construction management and general contracting including project engineering and management, field supervision, preconstruction, estimating, and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC).
Mr. Farzad’s industry experience includes working with ENR’s top 15 construction management firms on a variety of complex projects ranging from interior fit out projects to K-12 education, hospitality and office projects to multi-billion-dollar heavy infrastructure, industrial, and federal projects. His experience includes BIM coordination, laser scanning, subcontract and closeout management, development of contractual documents, document control, site logistic visualizations, and financial, schedule, and progress report development.
