Mr. Robert Dinjar holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Texas.

Mr. Dinjar’s expertise includes the evaluation of low- to mid-rise buildings such as restaurants, convention halls, churches, hospitals, and nursing homes. He specializes in designing building lateral resistive system, preparing structural engineering designs, and inspection and certification for high wind and flood compliance.

In addition, Mr. Dinjar has experience with residential buildings such as single and multi-family residences, hotels, and storage facilities as well as miscellaneous structures such as retaining walls, fences, barns, pole-barns, bulkheads, and pools.

Mr. Dinjar has specialized knowledge of the building components specified in designs including foundations, concrete (cast in place, precast, and post-tensioned), structural steel, masonry, light wood framing, light steel framing, timber framing, building envelope (roofing, weather barriers, waterproofing). He has also been involved in remediation plans to damaged buildings, the preservation of historical structures, structural failure analysis, foundation and structural movement, construction defect evaluations, FEMA flood plain compliance, storm, flood damage, and hail damage, installation of various roof, siding, window, and door systems that are in compliance for hurricane-prone regions.
