Background

Mr. Bryant Yeh is a registered architect in California, holding a master’s degree in Architectural Studies with a focus on Design and Computation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California. His expertise includes commercial and residential architectural design, design analysis, design fabrication, novel building envelopes, and design of metal, composite, and hybrid architectural cladding systems.

As a key member of the original in-house Research and Development (R&D) team at Gehry Partners, he actively contributed to producing the technical design, fabrication, and construction of innovative building systems. Additionally, he played a principal role as one of the founders of the MIT Kinetic Design Group, a research team dedicated to advancing technologies in kinetic architectural design. He has extensive experience across a diverse range of building types, including custom commercial buildings, creative workspaces, institutional structures, cultural venues, and custom residences.

Mr. Yeh’s expertise in forensic architecture focuses on evaluating building envelopes and systems impacted by rain, snow, wind, or water intrusion. His expertise also encompasses identifying damage arising from improper construction detailing issues in building envelope design.
