Jenny is a highly motivated, reliable, and competent professional with over 15 years of international experience in the construction and engineering industry. Jenny has a track record of delivering major projects from procurement through project delivery to completion, on a “value for money basis”.

Jenny offers a comprehensive suite of contract procurement, commercial management, and cost administration services, including cost planning, forecasting, and value engineering. With hands-on experience managing major subcontractor portfolios, she plays a key role in procurement, project monitoring, and reporting, aiding senior leadership in strategic decision-making. Known for her prompt resolution of queries and ad-hoc reporting across stakeholder levels, she has also contributed to the preparation of various expert quantum reports across numerous sectors.

Her industry knowledge spans multiple contract forms such as FIDIC, NEC, JCT and Bespoke, acquired through professional experience, self-study, and targeted training. She has worked on projects under a range of contract types including Lump Sum, Schedule of Rates, and Target Cost, both upstream and downstream. Additionally, she has received training on the Security of Payment Act (SOPA), ensuring compliance in payment processes. Her responsibilities have also included progress claims valuations, change managements and assessments, and supply chain management with a focus on bonds and subcontractor final accounts, ensuring both internal and client approvals.
