Background
Trudie is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 21 years of industry experience gained in the UK and Asia Pacific, including 13 years focusing on surveying practice, contract administration, and project management, and 8 years specialising in forensic delay and timeline analysis for the insurance and reinsurance markets. Trudie has experience across many sectors including construction, energy, power, downstream oil and gas, infrastructure (roads, rail, and ports), and mining on major and complex losses ranging up to USD 500M across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Central America with an emphasis on Delay in Start-up (DSU), Business Interruption (BI), and Construction All Risk(CAR) insurance claims.
Trudie currently runs Rimkus’ Singapore office which provides delay, quantum, and technical expert services on some of the world’s largest and most complex construction disputes and insurance claims.
