About the Conference 

The Brazilian Arbitration Committee – CBAr invites everyone to the 24^th International Arbitration Conference, with the theme “Integrity and Arbitration”.

This event will address relevant issues, such as:

1. Integrity and discipline of arbitral proceedings;
2. Integrity and the parties involved in arbitral proceedings;
3. Integrity and arbitrators; and
4. Integrity and contracts.

The event will conclude with a special panel entitled “Arbitration under Attack?”, which will encourage reflection on the challenges and questions facing the arbitration system today.

Furthermore, the conference will feature the traditional Youth Event, which will discuss:

1. Arbitration in the Bill for Amendment of the Brazilian Civil Code (DB n. 04/2025); and
2. Arbitration assistants and integrity: Secretaries, party-appointed and tribunal-appointed experts, and others.
