
Mr. Mark Barrow holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states. He has experience in structural design, project management, construction administration, engineering management, fenestration product design, manufacturing operations management, and engineering forensics.
Mr. Barrow has extensive experience in structural design and design team project management involving post-tensioned concrete, reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, and wood-framed structures in the residential, commercial, industrial, and educational sectors. Mr. Barrow’s structural design experience covers a broad array of building types including high-value, single-family residential structures, high-rise residential structures, commercial retail facilities, commercial office buildings, warehouse facilities, educational buildings, and performing arts theaters. Mr. Barrow also served as an engineering and operations manager in the field of design, development, manufacturing, and testing of wind-loaded residential and commercial sectional and rolling doors and hurricane shutters. Mr. Barrow served as a member of the Door and Access Systems Manufacturers Association (DASMA) Commercial and Residential Garage Door Technical Committee responsible for code compliance and standards development for the commercial and residential garage door industry.
Mr. Barrow has extensive experience performing forensic investigation and analysis of storm-related damage, structural failures, structural fire damage, vibration damage, water damage, construction defects, structural design defects, vehicle impact damage, tree impact damage, building code and ADA accessibility code compliance, and premises liability evaluations. These investigations and analyses encompass numerous different types of structures and include floor failures, building settlement and/or collapse, moisture intrusions, wall and roof system failures, building envelope and cladding system deficiencies and failures, fenestration component deficiencies and failures, and pedestrian falls.

Mr. Brown holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering and an M.B.A. His experience includes marketing of engineering consulting services and management of engineering consulting operations. Additionally, he has been involved in technical sales and engineering of steel products to major appliance companies and international steel mills. Mr. Brown also designed subsea pipelines including installation, burial, and anchoring methods.
Mr. Brown has been employed with Rimkus since 1989. Since then, he has held several positions with Rimkus including Vice President of Operations and Marketing for the company’s district offices, President and CEO of Rimkus Consulting Group Inc., and most recently Chairman of the Board for Rimkus. During his tenure, he has provided significant contributions to the company’s rapid growth by developing and implementing strategic initiatives the directly led to Rimkus’ expansion.
As Chairman, Mr. Brown provides leadership to the Board of Directors to ensure that the company’s strategic initiatives, mission, and goals are achieved. Mr. Brown works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to establish business plans, company policies, and organizational culture. He also works with the Chief Financial Officer to monitor and assess the company’s financial management practices, reporting, and budgeting and evaluates business analytics and metrics to monitor overall performance of the company in achieving its mission. Mr. Brown also actively participates in a variety of business development activities.

Mr. Eric Egleston is a strategic commercial and operational executive with a track record of implementing winning commercial strategies and enhancing client value.
In his role as CCO, Eric is focused on expanding the value we offer to our clients, driving market leadership and growth, and implementing industry-leading go-to-market strategies.

Prior to Rimkus, Eric led McKinsey & Company’s North American Industrial Services Practice, where he specialized in value creation for industrial clients while leading a team of 300 consultants.
Eric has a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Princeton University. This technical expertise, combined with his commitment to organizational and people development is a cultural match that aligns seamlessly with Rimkus' values.

Mr. Peter Poland graduated from The University of Texas School of Law (with honors) and received his undergraduate degree from Rice University (summa cum laude). Mr. Poland is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and specializes in transactional law, commercial litigation, and the various legal sectors intersecting the company’s services. His legal articles have been published in The Texas Bar Journal, The Journal of Appellate Practice and Process, and the ABA’s national trial law journal, Litigation, and have been cited by respected judicial authorities including The Supreme Court of Virginia. He served as an attorney for The First Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas, for several years after law school.
Mr. Poland actively represented Rimkus as outside counsel from 2010 – 2017, then joined the company in late 2017 as in-house counsel. As General Counsel, he provides legal guidance to the company, oversees risk management, and applies his broad knowledge of Rimkus’s services, current and historical, in his strategies and solutions to upper management.

Chris Rayasam is a seasoned operating executive with deep industry knowledge and extensive experience in the engineering and consulting sector. He brings a strong record of driving growth through strategic leadership, successful acquisitions, and seamless integrations.
Mr. Rayasam most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for Consor, a leading infrastructure engineering and construction management firm. Prior to that, he led Murraysmith, a respected provider of water and transportation infrastructure solutions for public agencies across the western United States, where he played a pivotal role in the firm’s acquisition and effective integration into Consor. Earlier in his career, Chris held senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer at Otak, an engineering and design services firm, and positions at Hemmera and AECOM.

Tom Ryan joined Rimkus in March 2023 and is currently serving as the Interim Chief Financial Officer supporting the executive leadership team and the board of directors to allocate capital, set financial objectives, measure performance, and support strategic projects to drive equity value.
Prior to joining Rimkus, Mr. Ryan was a Principal at Century Equity Partners and was part of the team that completed a minority equity investment in Rimkus in 2018. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ryan was an associate at Zurich Alternative Asset Management and an analyst at Duff & Phelps.
Mr. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance from Villanova University.

Ms. Michelle Cardone has more than 22 years of experience in business development roles. She started her career at Rimkus as a business development manager, building relationships and expanding business opportunities. Over time, she has made substantial achievements in the growth of the company, leading to her promotion to Vice President, Business Development. In this position, Ms. Cardone has had the privilege of developing and managing a dynamic business development team in the South Central and Southeast regions of the United States.
Her exceptional leadership skills and ability to forge strong relationships with clients have been instrumental in expanding the company’s market presence and driving revenue growth. Ms. Cardone’s strategic thinking, combined with strong management capabilities, has resulted in the successful execution of numerous business development initiatives.

Mr. Robert Coupe has a wealth of experience in construction and corporate management, particularly relating to design and the built environment, focusing on driving the best value for clients. He has been at the forefront of engaging all parties early on in a project and encouraging collaboration amongst teams to solve problems effectively and successfully. Mr. Coupe is passionate about the career development of team members through maximizing technology to strive for continual improvement, promoting automation and innovation. He serves as Managing Director of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Region.

In her role as Vice President, Revenue Operations, Ms. Dillon Drukker leads data-driven initiatives to enable the decision-making process across the commercial organization. She partners with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to drive alignment, streamline reporting, and provide actionable insights that support growth, revenue performance, and enterprise value.
Ms. Drukker previously served as Director of Strategic Finance, where she supported strategic planning initiatives, budgeting and forecasting processes, and M&A transactions. She focused on building and enhancing reporting capabilities and delivering insights on performance trends and the competitive environment, helping to identify opportunities and inform business strategy for the company.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Drukker held advisory roles at WilliamsMarston and at KPMG, supporting high-growth, private equity, and public clients across professional services, technology, healthcare, and consumer products. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and is a New York–licensed CPA.

Mr. Vitali Edrenkine is a strategic marketing and commercial growth executive with more than two decades of experience transforming marketing organizations in the technology sector. As Chief Marketing Officer at Rimkus, he is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s global marketing strategy, driving brand leadership, and scaling demand generation.
He brings to Rimkus a strong track record of leading marketing teams to high performance by leveraging market data, operational insights, and digital platforms.
Prior to joining Rimkus, Mr. Edrenkine held senior executive roles at several high-growth technology companies, including serving as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Arcserve and as Senior Vice President of Demand Generation and Digital Platforms at DataRobot. His foundation in strategic planning and digital innovation was developed through leadership positions at Rackspace Technology, Samsung Electronics, and McKinsey & Company.
Mr. Edrenkine holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as master’s degrees in computer science and project management.

Mr. Robert Foster holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Bachelors of Science in Business with an emphasis in marketing from Colorado State University. He is a Colorado licensed attorney and experienced businessperson.
Mr. Foster’s experience ranges from transaction and litigation counseling to operational and service contracts as well as risk management and general employment matters. His litigation experience includes all forms of dispute resolution such as early case assessment/negotiation, mediation, arbitration, bench and jury trial, and appellate efforts before federal and state courts. Mr. Foster has extensive know-how on topics including government relations and negotiations, regulatory compliance, security planning, large-scale service and construction contracting, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes both domestic and international operations, including Central America, the Middle East, and Europe.

As the Executive Vice President, Forensics, Mr. Christopher Grubbs oversees the Forensics group’s business operations and procedures to help ensure the efficient function of each district and operating unit. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in hydrology and hydraulics engineering.
Mr. Grubbs has a diverse background in all phases of planning, surveying, design, and construction for a wide range of projects. His experience includes the project management and design of large-scale, master-planned communities, as well as residential and commercial developments. He is well-versed in completing projects involving all facets of the land use entitlement process; roadway (including use of the MUTCD standards), parking lot, and utility designs; hydrology/hydraulic design and reports; mass grading designs; government affairs; survey; and drainage structure design and construction.
Mr. Grubbs has extensive experience with site and building layout design with respect to pedestrian and traffic flow, parking lot designs, accessibility, and slip, trip, and fall avoidance. He has reviewed and facilitated resolutions to disputes between contractors, owners, public entities, and designers. He is experienced in various aspects of construction claims and disputes related to construction defects, design errors or omissions, and general contractor issues.

Mr. Michael Hensen is a graduate of Concordia University (B. Eng. 1987), a professional engineer registered in Ontario, and a Registered Roof Consultant (IIBEC). His technical duties for Rimkus include engineering and consulting leader of the building enclosure, roof, and waterproofing consulting practices as well as business leader for Rimkus’ Canadian Central Region.
He has provided engineering services that include new construction building envelope design, engineering design of single and multi-component remediation/modernization projects, project management and contract administration, forensic investigation and failure determination of building envelope deficiencies, as well as building envelope-related technical support for construction litigation and insurance claims.

As Vice President of Technical Services, Mr. Johnson oversees technical leadership, oversight, and procedures in the Forensics Group. Working closely with the Executive Vice President and Technical Directors, he plays a vital role in charting the team’s technical and professional success. His extensive experience in technical and engineering services uniquely positions him in understanding and meeting the diverse needs of the company’s clientele.
Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University and holds professional engineering licenses across multiple states. With more than two decades of industry experience, he has established himself as an accomplished expert in the design and construction of building HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and control systems. His qualifications have led him to serve as an expert witness on numerous legal matters, specializing in construction defects, accident reconstruction, product liability, and industry standard of care.
Since joining Rimkus in 2013 as a Mechanical Engineering Consultant, Mr. Johnson has held multiple positions including Division Manager, District Manager, as well as leading the Built Environment Solutions Group in the U.S. as Vice President of Operations, before he assumed his current role. As District Manager in Forensics, Mr. Johnson’s leadership spanned four states across the Western United States, where he provided mentorship, training, and technical oversight. In his prior position in Built Environment Solutions, he oversaw operations, procedures, and financial objectives. He led a successful and profitable organization that provided value and expertise to clients with proactive engineering and construction solutions.
Mr. Johnson’s passion for individual team member development and collective teamwork success informs his leadership approach. His path from Consultant to Vice President underscores his exceptional leadership, technical acumen, and commitment to advancing the strategic goals of the organization.

Mr. Phil Langille is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and account management, primarily in the Canadian market. His career spans various industries, including engineering, consulting, beauty, beverage, and water sectors, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability in across diverse business environments.
Mr. Langille’s journey in the corporate world began at Advanced Beauty Systems in Halifax, where he served as a Sales Representative. His talent in sales and client management soon led him to L’Oréal Canada in Toronto, where he significantly contributed to the growth of key beauty brands. His position at L’Oréal evolved from Account Manager to National Account Manager, where he played a pivotal role in strategic business development and managing a large portfolio of products.
Further diversifying his experience, Mr. Langille worked with companies like Nestlé Waters Canada, Rage Beverages Inc., and RoofChek Inspection & Design Services, where he held key positions in national account management and sales consultancy. He joined Rimkus in 2015 as a Business Development Manager and currently serves as the Vice President, Business Development, for the Canadian market.
Mr. Langille prides himself on his ability to find solutions for clients, a testament to his client-centric approach in his professional endeavors. His extensive experience and diverse skill set make him a valuable asset in the fields of sales and business development.

Alistair Mein holds a Master of Property Development, a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons), a Graduate Certificate in Urban Estate Management, and completed a Leading Professional Service Firms program through Harvard Business School. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr. Mein has more than 20 years of experience in the professional services sector, demonstrating a strong passion for improving productivity, people engagement, and client service delivery. His core skills encompass operational and executive leadership, P&L management, and client and key stakeholder management. He has a proven track record of driving growth, increasing enterprise value, and delivering business and go-to-market strategies across the APAC region.

As Vice President, Built Environment Technical Services, Mr. Mickey Parker is responsible for developing and maintaining the standard procedures, resources, and deliverables utilized throughout the Built Environment Solutions group. Mr. Parker also oversees the internal certification program used to expand the skills of the Built Environment staff and to share knowledge amongst our professionals companywide.
His more than 25 years of professional experience include performing forensic evaluations of buildings, providing roof and building envelope consulting services, and preparing structural engineering and building envelope designs. He has broad experience in all aspects of contract negotiation, planning, design, and construction. Mr. Parker has been involved in projects ranging in size from small offices to a 947,000-square-foot building with a budget of more than $650 million.
Mr. Parker’s structural design experience includes wood (light frame and timber), light-gauge steel, structural steel, masonry, and reinforced steel. In the realm of building enclosures, he has been the engineer of record on numerous envelope repair/restoration projects, and he has provided building enclosure consulting services for a wide variety of projects and clients. Mr. Parker has also been tested and certified as both a Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider (BECxP) and a Commissioning Authority + Building Enclosure (CxA+BE).
Mr. Parker holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is a registered professional engineer in six states.


Mr. Jason Walden is a seasoned construction and development expert with over 25 years of experience in construction project management, preconstruction and estimating, construction contracts, project planning and construction means and methods, development risk assessment, and claims negotiation. Mr. Walden studied Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Construction Management at North Carolina State University, receiving his B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1997.
Mr. Walden’s responsibilities at Rimkus include management of its Construction and Development Advisory Services group, which provides cost estimating, project management, owner’s representation, construction monitoring, development risk assessment and advisory services, claims negotiation, and expert witness services. In addition to these duties, Mr. Walden is also responsible for the overall management of the former Commercial Construction Consulting, LLC, one of the largest internal groups at Rimkus, including business development, financial reporting, strategic planning, and budget oversight. This includes, but is not limited to, MEPFP Design, Tenant Improvement Design, Code Advisory Services, Vertical Transport, Building Enclosures, Commissioning, Sustainability, ESG, and Due Diligence.
