Background
As a construction professional, Adam’s experience in the construction sector is in excess of 28 years, inclusive of 25 years working for a tier 1 contractor in various site-based and regional roles across building, civil, rail, heavy-industry, and maintenance disciplines.
Specialising in commercial roles, Adam has been part of and led commercial and legal teams managing tendering, delivery, variations and claims, dispute resolution, insolvency, payment claims, payment schedules, and Security of Payment Act requirements. Adam has designed, prepared, and provided training packages to project teams, company personnel, and management on various contractual elements, risks, and processes.
The experience gained by Adam across multiple disciplines and contracts enables him to strategically provide and apply commercial acumen across all stages of a project from its tender to delivery and the preparation, management, defence, or resolution of contractual issues that arise.
