Background
Mr. Andrew Cucciniello is experienced with a variety of exterior wall types, including solid load-bearing, natural stone, cavity wall, and curtain wall. He is knowledgeable in a variety of repair project types, including exterior wall, roof, windows, glaze, and sidewalks, as well as redevelopments, and is a qualified exterior wall inspector (QEWI) in New York City. Mr. Cucciniello has worked with real estate investment trusts, property management groups, and building owners to prepare short- and long-term financial forecasting with respect to operations and maintenance.
