Background

Mr. Arman Yaghoobi holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Construction Management. He is a certified Engineer-in-Training (EIT) who has passed the P.E. Civil exam and is actively pursuing full licensure as a Professional Engineer (P.E.). With over a decade of experience in construction management, project controls, and field operations, Mr. Yaghoobi brings a diverse background encompassing safety, procurement, estimating, subcontracting, general contracting, scheduling, cost control, and project execution. His expertise also includes building envelope consulting, with a particular emphasis on roofing systems.

Mr. Yaghoobi has managed and supported projects ranging from $1 million to $2.3 billion using Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods. His sector experience spans commercial, multifamily, aviation, and high-tech industrial construction. He has played an active role in preconstruction and estimating, cost control, change order management, subcontractor performance oversight, subcontractor administration, schedule monitoring, safety compliance, and quality.

He has experience verifying claimed damages through cost documentation, change orders, and payment records in support of clients and construction stakeholders.
