Ben Gordon has 21 years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry, 18 of those years with Universal Sheet Metal. Starting as an apprentice, Ben quickly mastered the fundamentals of the trade, earning his Red Seal certification through the Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia (RCABC).
Over nearly two decades, Ben advanced from apprentice to journeyman, then foreman, and ultimately to superintendent, overseeing multiple projects and teams with precision and care. Known for his expertise in both traditional and modern roofing systems, he combines technical skills with strong leadership, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
