Background

Mr. Bobby Young holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and is a registered professional architect.  After graduating from Pratt Institute, Mr. Young spent the first 10 years working in the design and construction of institutional, commercial, and residential sector projects in New York City, Northern California, Southern California, and South Florida.  In 2007, he started at Gabellini Sheppard Associates, eventually being promoted to Associate, then Senior Associate, and finally Partner in 2022.  During his 17-plus-year tenure there, Mr. Young worked on projects ranging from high-end retail centers to luxury retail flagships, private residences to luxury condominium developments, and boutique workplaces both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Young leverages his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high standards to oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from concept development through construction. He provides leadership and maintains design quality assurance to ensure alignment with the project’s goals and design intent.  His focus on both project excellence and business strategy has contributed to the growth and success of clients and collaborators alike.
