Background

Mr. Caleb Rohrig holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a minor in Biology. Mr. Rohrig has been working in the environmental industry for 7 years, including experience with geotechnical drilling and environmental consulting and remediation systems.

Mr. Rohrig has performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, and remedial activities throughout the southeast region of the continental United States. He has performed these due diligence assessments on commercial retail properties, hotels, vacant land, gas stations, roadways, bridges, dry cleaners, and agricultural land. Mr. Rohrig has experience with every facet of the activities involved in a Phase I ESA, including project management, regulatory file reviews, limited and comprehensive hazardous materials surveys, field investigations, soil sampling, laboratory analysis interpretation, regulatory reporting, and soil and groundwater management plans. Mr. Rohrig is versed in conducting these assessments in conformity with ASTM Standards, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other client-specific requirements.
