
Background
Ms. Clarissa Lobaugh is a skilled Environmental Professional (EP) with over 20 years of experience in the due diligence services industry. Over the past 20 years, she has completed or reviewed hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) on a variety of property types in North America and South America. Ms. Lobaugh performs management responsibilities, including project coordination oversight, client interaction, regulatory compliance, technical guidance, and training. Ms. Lobaugh is responsible for quality control and quality assurance of Phase I ESAs and PCAs (per ASTM, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines), which include regulatory file reviews, asbestos screening, lead-based paint screening, mold screening, and radon screening.
