Mr. Clifton Royston holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and Colorado. He has more than 19 years of project management, design, equipment specification, engineering, claim consulting, expert testimony, bid review, and estimating experience.
Mr. Royston’s engineering experience includes oil and gas, petrochemical, marine, mid- and high-rise buildings, light and heavy industrial, shipyard, casino, nursing home, hospital, commercial, and residential facilities. He has prepared designs for and followed through manufacturing on specialized hazardous environment engineered-to-order electrical equipment for petrochemical applications, which were utilized for some of these projects. He has provided expertise on international codes and standards required for electrical equipment installed in hazardous environment areas globally. He has prepared production schedules and coordinated between manufacturing hubs to meet project schedule requirements on different project assignments taking place concurrently and globally.
Mr. Royston has also assisted with claim analysis and resolution negotiations and provided technical consulting expertise on large loss, construction-related disputes and issues. This experience includes invoice reviews, onsite construction monitoring, cost-saving analysis, and tracking multiple contractors’ costs, billings, scopes of work, and the compilation of progress tracking reports.
