He has over 12 years of consulting engineering experience in structural analysis, design, construction, inspection, and maintenance.

Mr. Mercado’s design, construction, inspection, and maintenance experience includes heavy, residential, and commercial structures composed of steel, concrete, masonry, wood, prestressed concrete, light-gauge metal framing, and composite materials. His forensic experience includes property investigations on residential and commercial structures including roofs, exteriors, foundations, water intrusion, and structural damage from storms and construction-related defects.
