Background

Mr. Emad Abomira holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer with extensive experience in construction project management, quality control, utility layouts, material testing, and structural design. He has engineering experience in various disciplines, including structural, geotechnical, land development, and roadway projects. His experience includes preliminary and final plans reviews, plans and specifications analysis, constructability reviews, before and during construction field inspections, quality control plan reviews, and engineering consulting solutions.

Mr. Abomira has broad experience in residential, commercial, industrial, roadway, bridge, facilities, and municipal projects. He is knowledgeable in areas of storm drain construction, soil grading, erosion control, soil stability, foundation structures, utility details, pavement plans, loading, and design criteria. He performed residential, industrial, and commercial inspections for multiple types of projects in addition to reviewing and analyzing materials testing of concrete, soil, and asphalt.

Mr. Abomira applies his forensic and construction experience to the analysis and resolution of various practice areas, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure issues, including foundation settlement investigations, grading and drainage evaluations, stormwater management system assessments, roofing installation and hail and wind damage evaluations, moisture intrusion/water damage, swimming pool evaluations, vibration damage, and general construction defect assessments.
