Mr. Ezequiel Juarez Ocanas earned a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a minor in Business Administration. He is a registered professional engineer in multiple states with extensive experience in the analysis and evaluation of various structures and materials.

Mr. Juarez Ocanas has over 10 years of experience as a forensics engineering consultant. Mr. Juarez Ocanas has wide-ranging experience in structural damage assessments from a variety of reported incidences, including storms (hail/wind), foundation movement, vehicle impacts, explosions, hurricanes, floods, snow, tornados, water intrusion, catastrophes, fires, vibrations, and construction-related defects. He has provided consultation to insurance professionals, contractors, attorneys, risk managers, and property owners concerning structural and property damage evaluation, failure causation, construction defects, code compliance, deferred maintenance, and repairs/remediation for structures.

Mr. Juarez Ocanas has extensive experience with all aspects of roof construction, repair methodology, and material performance.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Juarez Ocanas has performed thousands of roof evaluations relating to storm damage assessments, construction defects, and roof collapses.
