Background

Mr. Harpreet Singh developed an early interest in construction and engineering while working with his father at their family-owned construction supply store in Queens, New York. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College, he began his career as a Civil Engineer with the City of New Rochelle’s Department of Public Works, gaining experience in public infrastructure, design, and field inspections. While pursuing his master’s degree at Manhattan College, Mr. Singh discovered his passion for building envelope forensics and restoration through a course taught by Mr. Brian Sullivan, which led to his role at Rimkus.

Since joining Rimkus, Mr. Singh has collaborated with property managers, contractors, condominium boards, and attorneys on a range of building restoration and compliance projects. His work includes numerous Façade Inspection and Safety Program (FISP) and Parking Inspection Program (PIPS) filings throughout New York City (NYC). He brings extensive expertise in design, Department of Buildings (DOB) filing, and construction administration, contributing to the successful delivery of complex façade and structural repair projects.
