Background
Mr. James Altmann graduated from Lehigh University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering. In 2024, he received his Professional Engineering license from the state of California. He has experience in installation, testing, inspection, design, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, life safety systems, direct digital controls, and building envelopes. In addition to building systems, Mr. Altmann has extensive experience in the construction industry, including scheduling, forensic schedule claims, change orders, differing site, contract administration, OSHA and US Army Corps of Engineers safety standards, quality control, and quality assurance of vertical and horizontal construction, demolition, asbestos abatement, and dredging.
He has worked as a quality assurance manager, project engineer, and construction manager in government healthcare construction, military base construction, and channel dredging.
