Background

Mr. Jiyoung Lee is a registered architect in the state of New York with a comprehensive understanding of architectural aesthetics, New York City Zoning Ordinance/Building Codes, and building technologies. After completion of his Master’s degree at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, he began his career with a K-12 public school in Upstate New York and New York City’s affordable multi-family housing. Then, he was introduced to building envelope restoration in 2010. Since then, Mr. Lee gained a wide range of experience in building envelope restoration, historic preservation, Façade Inspection and Safety Program (FISP) inspection/filing, and forensic investigation. He is motivated to incorporate innovative and emerging new building technologies to our building envelope restoration projects.
