Background

Mr. Jonathan Kvasnok provides technical consultation in the area of vehicle accident reconstruction. He has experience in the design, engineering, and implementation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing; and piping systems. He has reviewed passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and heavy trucks post-collision to understand the dynamics involved in vehicular accidents. He has the training, experience, and certifications to download stored information from vehicles and understand speed, steering wheel position, brake position, accelerator position, and seat belt positions prior to impact. Mr. Kvasnok is also proficient in utilizing 3-D models, simulations, and other advanced analysis tools to determine the cause of an incident.

Mr. Kvasnok holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is a registered professional engineer in Washington state and is soon to be licensed in Florida. He has almost 10 years of experience in the building design and construction industries, specifically the aviation manufacturing, automotive research and development (R&D), and defense sectors. He has worked on large-scale projects (1.1-million-square-foot [SF] manufacturing facility) to more precise, small-scale projects (600-SF R&D facility).
