He has over 26 years of experience in claims consulting, real estate investing, property rental management, construction management, and general contracting, including site supervision, project management, field engineering, procurement, and estimating.
Mr. Farahzad’s industry experience includes management of projects ranging from $100 thousand (K) to $91 million (M) in residential, commercial, healthcare, office, K-12 education, hospitality, houses of worship, and public and private projects. His project-specific experience includes LEED credit tracking, punchlist completion, management of design and construction teams, schedule adherence and monitoring, subcontractor and contract management, estimating, and purchasing.
