Background
Mr. Joshua Chambers-Mills is a graduate of the United States (US) Air Force Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering. He also has a Master of Science from the Air Force Institute of Technology in Engineering Management with an emphasis in construction management. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Colorado and has practiced engineering for more than 10 years.
Mr. Chambers-Mills served as a Civil Engineer Officer for the US Air Force for 11 years. He has experience in all phases of building, including planning, design, construction, and operations of facilities. He has worked with private and public clients on a variety of design and construction project delivery methods. He has worked on public infrastructure, industrial, residential, and aviation projects. In the course of his practice, Mr. Chambers-Mills has accrued particular experience in project planning and construction management. Mr. Chambers-Mills also has experience in Emergency Management and Operations.
