
Background
Mr. Justin Saint-Amour graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology in 2012 and a B.A. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2019. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Ohio, with over 5 years of experience in investigations of both automotive accidents and fire cause and origin. He has experience in mechanical design, 3D modeling, and finite element analysis.
Mr. Saint-Amour holds accreditation in traffic accident reconstruction through the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR). He has continuing education in accident reconstruction with certifications through the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Collision Safety Institute, and is experienced with accessing and interpreting both heavy vehicle and passenger vehicle event data recorders. He is an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot.
In addition to accident reconstruction, Mr. Saint-Amour is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (CVFI) through the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI). He has continuing education in fire cause and origin investigation through both NAFI and the International Association of Arson Investigators.
