Ms. Laura Licitra has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University at Buffalo (2006) and brings nearly two decades of experience in architectural design, project management, and façade restoration across New York City (NYC) and the greater metropolitan area. Her career spans from drafting design projects to leadership roles at firms such as Rimkus, Mayta + Sebastian, CANY, and HLZA, where she has consistently delivered high-impact exterior restoration projects, including large-scale initiatives at Parkchester North and South Condominiums and complex garage repairs at 16 Rockledge Avenue. She specializes in managing all phases of construction administration (CA), conducting Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) and Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) standards.
