Mr. Matt Plotkin is a graduate of Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr Plotkin is also an Accredited Accident Reconstructionist through the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstructionists (ACTAR #5126).
Mr. Plotkin’s professional background includes 4 years of experience in motorsports engineering, where he served as a Technical Department Leader specializing in incident investigations, enforcement of rules/standards, and project management. He possesses broad experience in vehicle data analysis, mechanical parts failures, high-speed vehicle accidents, and injury biomechanics related to vehicle accidents. Mr. Plotkin’s skills also include amending/writing vehicle safety standards, team member training, and direct customer relations.
Mr. Plotkin is a certified operator of the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) system and is also experienced in downloading and analysing data from many different Engine Control Modules (ECMs) in commercial vehicles. Mr. Plotkin is also a Certified Remote Drone Pilot through the FAA.
