Background
Mr. Matthew Wilson holds a B.S. degree in Fire Science and a Minor in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven. He is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (NAFI-CFEI) with the National Association of Fire Investigators. He is also a Private Investigator in New York and New Jersey.
His professional career includes being a certified firefighter with the Stamford, Connecticut, Fire Department and 8 years as a volunteer firefighter with the Yorktown Fire Department, obtaining the rank of Fire Lieutenant.
He has investigated and determined the origin and cause of fires to include both commercial and residential structures. He has completed numerous educational seminars and continuing education courses in the field of fire investigation.
