Michael Murphy, P.E.

Background

Mr. Michael Murphy has over 15 years of experience in the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and energy fields as related to construction and real estate. Mr. Murphy has been directly involved with the construction of over 45 million square feet of new development and the assessment of over 120 million square feet of existing buildings.

Mr. Murphy’s experience includes system installation, construction document review, and construction oversight for new construction; service, diagnosis, repair, energy analysis, commissioning, reserve studies, and physical due diligence for existing construction; and technical assessments, site investigations, engineering analyses, expert reports, deposition testimony, and trial support as an expert witness in litigation matters. Other experience includes design services, technical writing, building science, and miscellaneous consulting.
