Molly Morrow

Background

Ms. Molly E. Morrow holds a B.S. degree in Fire, Arson, and Explosion Investigation from Eastern Kentucky University.  She is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators.

She investigated various fire scenarios throughout her time at Eastern Kentucky University and prepared written reports detailing the origin and cause of the fires. Ms. Morrow worked in the fire laboratory at Eastern Kentucky University from 2022 to 2025, where she aided in research on the calcination of gypsum wallboard, along with assisting in the test burn cells.

Ms. Morrow assisted in multiple origin and cause investigations throughout a summer internship in 2024 with the Forensic Investigations Group in Covington, Louisiana. While taking college classes and continuing research, she also interned for Winnebago Industries as a Safety Specialist from August 2024 to May 2025. Throughout her time working with these companies, Ms. Morrow gained experience in areas such as documenting and processing fire scenes, interview skills, collection and documentation of evidence, testing of hypotheses, and trend analysis.

Currently, Ms. Morrow is an Associate Fire Consultant with Rimkus. She has investigated over 180 fires in her time as an Associate Fire Consultant.
