Background
Mr. Pablo Anguiano holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and an associate degree in Drafting and Design Technology. He is a windstorm-certified engineer approved by the Texas Department of Insurance and a registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida with extensive experience in roadway design and construction management.
Mr. Anguiano has prepared plans, specifications, and estimates for highway projects with the Texas Department of Transportation. He has managed the construction of several highway projects, conducted traffic surveys, and prepared plans for intersection improvements. He has extensive field experience in hot mix and concrete placement.
Mr. Anguiano’s areas of expertise include the design and inspection of residential and commercial structures to comply with the International and Residential Building Codes and the Texas Department of Insurance requirements. Plus, he has extensive design experience in the foundation design of pier, post-tensions, and slab-on-grade foundations. He has also designed mechanical and plumbing plans for commercial and residential homes.
As a consultant for Rimkus, he has completed over 750 evaluations of residential and commercial structures that were reported to have been damaged as a result of hail, wind, plumbing leaks, construction defects, vibrations caused by construction equipment, fires, floodwaters, roof collapses, explosions, and moisture intrusion. Mr. Anguiano is fluent in English and Spanish.
