Background

Ms. Pelin Koroglu is a consultant for Architectural Engineering at Rimkus, leveraging her expertise in inclusive design and accessibility.  Ms. Koroglu holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture with experience in performing modeling of building enclosure details and systems.  She collaborates closely with architects, consultants, owners, and developers at all project phases to deliver feedback, guidance, and recommendations through reports, markups, sketches, spreadsheets, and analyses that address conformance to architectural intent, long-term performance, sustainability, scheduling, and budget objectives. Ms. Koroglu reviews shop drawings and construction administration submittals and performs field inspections on construction sites.  Within Rimkus’ teams, she continues expanding her knowledge of building technologies and restoration methods and enjoys developing cost-effective and occupant-sensitive solutions for building owners.
