Background

Mr. Peter Lukacs holds a Master’s degree in Architecture with a concentration in sustainable design from Judson University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Mr. Lukacs is a registered professional Architect in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Texas.

Mr. Lukacs has more than 12 years of experience in residential and commercial building design which includes surveying and analysis of existing buildings for adaptive reuse, code analysis, construction documents, permitting, project management, quality control, and construction administration. Representative design projects include single- and multi-family residential buildings, restaurants, and retail stores for national clients in various states, pharmaceutical buildings with offices, labs, amenity spaces, warehouses, and storage facilities.

Mr. Lukacs’ most recent experience has a focus on architectural forensic investigations, premises liability evaluations, property condition assessments, feasibility studies, building enclosure and ADA accessibility code compliance assessments of existing buildings, hygrothermal analysis of exterior wall and roof systems, reconstruction design and project management of damaged buildings, and architectural design review consultation of new and existing buildings.
